Today was quite an eventful and action packed day in Colorado Springs! We were non-stop busy from dawn until dusk. We started the day at Garden of the Gods Visitor and Nature Center with an informational movie called "How Did Those Red Rocks Get There?" The video had us travel back in time to learn how the vertical sandstone and limestone rock formations occurred over millions of years. We also had a step-on guide named Flip, that showed us some unique features like the Kissing Camels and Balanced Rock. Everyone was in awe of their beauty!
